What we attend for

How the call-out works
- Call the response desk and describe the lamps, codes and what changed
- We talk you through the safe checks — e-stops, fan, isolators, appliance taps
- An engineer is dispatched with the likely parts on board
- Fault diagnosed, repaired and the interlock reset, tested and certified
- Where a part must be ordered, the installation is left safe and a return visit booked
If you can smell gas
- Turn off the gas at the emergency control valve and press the emergency stop button
- Do not switch anything electrical on or off, and do not use naked flames
- Open doors and windows, evacuate and keep people clear
- Call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999
- Only then call us to make the installation safe and return it to service

What if you cannot fix it today?
We make the installation safe, give you a written position and return with the part. Most faults are cleared on the first visit from van stock.

Yes, every emergency repair ends with a full interlock test and documentation for your compliance file.
Can you help after a gas safety inspection failure?
Yes. Send us the report and we will quote and carry out the remedial works, including complete interlock installations where none exists.
